Cancellations

A full refund will be granted to cancellations made a minimum of 90 days prior to the date of arrival. Otherwise, the following cancellation charges will be applied:

50% of the total rental for cancellations between 45 and 89 days prior to arrival day.

No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the arrival date.

The pool is not gated, so children should be supervised at all times. The property has stairs and the upper terraces are without safety railings.

The town is surrounded by lush vineyards that produce high-quality wines, particularly Dolcetto, Barbera, and Moscato.
    Neive, only 10 mins away from the villa, is regarded as one of Italy’s most beautiful villages. Perched on a hilltop, Neive is surrounded by rolling vineyards and offers panoramic views of the Langhe’s scenic landscapes. The town’s medieval roots are evident in its narrow cobblestone streets, ancient stone houses, and well-preserved historical buildings, giving it a timeless atmosphere. Neive lies within the Barbaresco wine zone, and the surrounding vineyards produce some of the finest Nebbiolo grapes, used to make the world-renowned Barbaresco wine. Walking through Neive, visitors can stop at family-run wineries and enotecas to sample these exquisite wines alongside local delicacies like hazelnuts and truffles. The town’s central square is surrounded by cafes and restaurants, where visitors can enjoy the slow pace of life while admiring the town’s medieval clock tower and churches.
    Alba, less than 30 mins away from the villa, is the region’s main town with a vibrant center with rich history, while nearby villages like La Morra, Barolo, and Serralunga d'Alba boast incredible views and traditional architecture.
